Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once purchased:

• Domain name registrations and renewals
• SSL certificates
• Dedicated IP addresses
• Software licenses
• Custom configuration fees
• Migration services
• Any add-on services

Refund Process

To request a refund:

• Submit a refund request through our billing system
• Include your account details and reason for refund
• if refund is accepted refund amount will be credited back to original mode of payment within 7 -10 business days

Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

• Accounts suspended or terminated for Terms of Service violations
• Services used beyond the money-back guarantee period
• Renewal payments
• Accounts that have previously received refunds
• Bank charges or transaction fees
• Partial refunds for unused portions of service

Service Cancellation

To cancel your service and avoid future charges:

• Submit a cancellation request through your client area
• Cancellation must be requested at least 7 days before renewal
• All data will be permanently deleted upon cancellation
